The Garden dining room with reverse-cycle aircon seats up to 12 and has direct access to the private garden, alfresco terrace and pool.

A spacious well-equipped kitchen with quality appliances including electric oven and induction hob, American Fridge freezer with icemaker and water filter, full size dishwasher, washing machine with auto-dose, drying machine, Ninja Air-Fryer Max, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, filter and Nespresso coffee machines.

The Master Bedroom with direct garden access has reverse-cycle aircon, remote control ceiling fan, king size bed (150×200) and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds (90×200), reverse-cycle aircon, ceiling fan and direct access to the garden.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds (90×200), reverse-cycle air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Rooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet and there is also a separate toilet.

Private south-facing garden and terrace with gazebo, large parasol, BBQ, dining table seating 12, sun loungers and table tennis. The private 10 x 4 m saltwater swimming pool is open all year round and heated from beginning April to end September. On request outside these months with a supplement for heating.

Accommodates up to 6 Guests, including Children. Access maybe difficult for guests with reduced mobility as there are interior steps. 

Welcome basket, 100% cotton bed Linen, towels and pool towels are included in the rate and beds are made for arrival.
